on my ADAM (MIB3) I thought I would ask. :) What is the maximum
baud rate that the ADAM will accept if you're running off of the
internal video? I know that the max baud rate on the card is
19200, however I lose a lot of characters at that speed...1200
seemed like that was about it, *maybe* 2400. Is the baud rate
a lot faster if you use an external terminal? If so, I'll have
to make another cable to hook to my PC. :)

Gerry replies:
I am going to search some old newsletters and docs related to
baud rates. I have a card that inserts into the 2 slot in the
adam that would allow you to connect to the PC at the rate of
19200, and that was the max baud rate of the software that was
available (procomm) in the late 80's. But I will check that
out and come back with a better discription of the card and the
limits of transfer.
